When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver to all UK mainland addresses (not including Highlands) within 3 working days from receiving your order.
During sale periods deliveries may take a day or so longer, please bear with us while we get your order out to you as soon as possible.
When will I be charged for my order?
We charge for payment when your order has been processed.
What should I do if an item I’ve received is faulty?
While we try our best to make all of our products of the highest quality, occasionally we do have faulty items.
Please contact our customer services team on mail@dreamweaverclothing.com. Please explain the problem and someone will contact you to replace the product.
What do I do if I do not like what I have purchased
We at dreamweaver would like all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If however you are not satisfied then you can return the garment to us within 14 days for a full refund. The garment should be returned in its original condition.
What if I’m at work when the courier tries to deliver?
If you’re not at home when the courier delivers, they will leave a card. Simply follow the instructions on the card to reschedule your delivery for a convenient time.
What delivery options do you offer?
We currently only offer a Standard Delivery service which costs £4.50 regardless of how many items you order.
We deliver your orders to addresses in UK mainland only.
To enhance the security of your order, we use a signature service for all deliveries. If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken.
Is my order secure?
When you shop at our Website we use a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets layer) encrypted secure internet connection to protect your payment details. Your computer should automatically allow the opening of the secure connection when you place your order. This means that all the details you supply and any responses are encrypted before they are sent over the internet.
I’ve received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?
In the unlikely event of this happening, simply return the item free of charge. Contact our Internet Client Care team mail@dreamweaverclothing.com who will give you instructions on how to return the item back to us. We will then replace the item for the correct product.
I’ve placed an order but not received a confirmation email?
You should receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, so if it’s been longer please contact our internet customer services team at mail@dreamweaverclothing.com. Please remember to include your order number.
